Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Average delivery time is 7-10 days, depending on your location. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or due to customs procedures outside our control.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner. Because of this, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your destination country, and are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the shipping method selected.
Responsibility During Shipping
If tracking confirms a parcel was delivered, responsibility for it lies with the customer.
